Are u talking about the medal dots? They're red, yellow, and green?
If so, then they are medals. Green equals Dedicated Fan; Yellow equals Die-Hard Fan; and Red equals Fanatic.
To get them u have to post a lot of content to a particular spot and as fans become fans of your content... u know, I'm not entirely sure how that works. I've never gotten one. But I do know that to get one u have to post a lot of good content to a spot and the meer fans that become fans of it, the greater your chances of earning a medal. I hope I helped.
