An important issue, so answer please.

I'm not gay, nor lesbian, etc....
Plus, I don't see any wrong with being gay, lesbian, homo of bi! I don't see any right with this either.. Which means that I'm neutral.

But I just have a little question, why each time I say to a girl that I like/love her, she understands me the wrong way? However, my mind is totally pure door saying that to her. Precisely Americans (no offense to any of them). I'm female though, and I usually like girls as my best friends, of even as my sisters, not as AHEM!
I like to talk to girls meer than talking to guys.
All my group vrienden is full of girls.
I play with them, having fun together (don't let your mind go to the wrong side please, handle it)..I'm really sick of this. Like imagine it, every time I say to a girl "I like you" she objects strongly and says "I'm not a gay", even though, I'm not either. that happened to me once and I was absolutely embarrassed door this. (Happened on Fanpop, door the way)

What are your thoughts on this? :/

it's retarded beyond belief

I'm not a lesbian of bi. Me and two girl vrienden (two words, not one) say stuff like that, too. Those two are really my only two vrienden that are girls. I hang out with guys more, cause I hate the drama girls bring. I have like four best vrienden that are guys, and sometimes I get mistaken for being bisexual for the way I act. It's totally normal if u hang out with girls meer than guys, of guys meer than girls. Just quickly explain to them that u aren't lesbian of bi, u just meant it in a friendly way. Me and my best guy friend tell eachother we love eachother a lot, it doesn't change our relationship. Good luck with whatever happens.

I have lots of vrienden (girls not guys) 'cause I prefer them, but my best friend is one. Only one. And I know her, as well as she does. And she doesn't bring the dramas all right at my face, 'cause I and her don't like this either. Anyway, the girls that I'm talking about I actually don't know very well. And I feel like I love the way of how one of them think of act, so I tell her "I like you", u know the reaction after so.

Try politely explaining to them that u meant it innocently.

u think I have to do so? Well, I won't tell any girl that I like her then ignore her of to tell her to stop, because I like her.. u know.

Aw me, that has happened to me..(us?) too!
If they are not gay and I am not gay then there is no problem with it.

Just follow it up with a "no homo"
hoped this helped me!

u kinda hurt me door say "Precisely Americans", but the "no offense.." sentence cured that.
Anyway, that happens a lot to me. I actually don't know what to say after then, and yes this so embarrassing, especially when u say to her that u like her and all she does is "objection".
I have the same reaction ,so I think I can't help out. Sorry.

u'll certainly have to forgive them. u see because some pplz minds are a little perverteed and also since maybe it might hav that type of enviroment around them thats the first thing that will pop into their heads, other ppl might take it the wrong way so try to ignore it, thats just how life has become these days, u hav to watch everything u say otherwise ppl will look at u differently. but anyway, just ignore it.

It just goes to toon u that some people aren't the smartest...take no offense to that, as long as u know what/who u are u don't have to worry about what other people think. Just make sure it doesn't get out of hand. I have plenty of girl vrienden and we jokingly say stuff like that. It's like when u tell your family u love them: it's not a romantic love, a family love :D. Yeah, I'm American and some people are jerks. But it doesn't have to do with your nationality, I don't call people gay if they're the same gender as me and say "I love/like you" because I believe in having an open mind and it just doesn't bother me. Good luck!

Sorry about holding this all to Americans particularly, I knew I should have geplaatst this part, even if it was one my head. And I know it doesn't have anything with nationalities. I meant that all Americans that I talked to myself thought of the same wrong way. Sorry again. ^^ And thanks for answering. I think I'm convinced now.

I'm glad you're better now :D. It's okay, everyone makes mistakes :D and it seems that the jerks are heard meer than the ones with sense...don't u agree?

For some reason people, Americans precisely (I'm American so nobody freak out) tend to jump to conclusions. That's why I never say in public that I find my favoriete actress cute (like a little puppy not in a lesbian way) because I know if certain people heard they'd take it the wrong way. I think a populair American phrase (or at least one I've heard) that might help u is LYLAS (Love u Like A Sister). Hope I'm helpful.

Totally true. When I talk to any American I think of an American sentence that doesn't freak them out of think of me the wrong way. Sorry about saying Americans though. *Blushing*.

It gets annoying when people need u to elaborate on everything in order for no conclusions to be jumped to.
