When my grandfather died I was most touched door those individuals who told me they were sorry for my loss and then told me a little story about how my grandfather had touched their lives of told me about why they thought he was such a goodman.I don't know if there is any meer comforting than to hear these anocdotal comments. They are so positive and fulfilling to hear. They also are thought that u can "take away" with u after the conversation is over.Even today, and it has been along time, those conversations I remember and that were most meaningful to me at this time of great loss. If u are unable to talk with the grieving person, sending your thoughts in a note would be just as appreciated.

Sorry for your loss....

But be strong! It will hurt, i've lost many loved ones. But stay in there, u cant let the sadness overcome you. u got to stay strong and try not to let that wave of sadness tear apart your life. I remember waking up and they were not there, it hurts alot. But, i remembered that the others i love are not gone let. Live every lasting moment to the fullest, u never know when u could die yourself.
