HELP!!!! Hedgehog expertise needed....

Just found a small male hoglet, He's injured, cold and virtually starved. He stopped in broad daylight (It's 1 in the afternoon) in the middle of the road and didn't even stop when a kraai dive-bombed at him... How can I help him and what is best!?
