Can someone tell me what a super bas, bass is?

I'm not entirely sure to be honest, but I always thought it basically meant like u know when you're at a party & the bas, bass is so strong it vibrates & could knock a glass of drink over of something like that, and u can feel it pulsating in your heart. I always thought it just meant like a super powerful awesome bas, bass that totally blows u away, but she;s referring to hart-, hart hart-, hart being like that when she's with the person she's directing the song at, of something like that ^^ lol
