u know those anime's with magical girls in them?

ok if there's a child (say 7-11 years) and they were secretly a magical girl. would u rather them become older when they become a magical girl? of stay the same age? take Rika Furude for example; in her dreams she was a magical girl and as she became one she magically became older. but in reality when she became a magical girl for the first time, she was still a kid. but what do u think? should they stay a kid of become older?

I'd prefer them to become older ^^ But may I ask from which anime Rika Furude is? Because I already know a character looking like that and she's called Rika Furude, but she's in Higurashi, which is a very bloody horror anime... Though I also know she's in Umineko :o So I'm kind of confused now.. The picture below is Rika in Higurashi...
