Well um...... Yea....

People have their interest. Like me I like anime and u don't. That isn't a big deal. Its just like most animated cartoons only with meer "things" in it. Like Spongebob is an animatie for Americans so is Ni-How Ki Lan only its anime for preschoolers. And like most people say the anime guys are cute and it has so much detail to it and once u get to watching one episode of on u can't stop watching it but u have to pick a good anime to watch here is a lijst of good ones in my opinion.

anime guys are sexy, the animatie style is pure genius (usually), the art is brilliant, and they actually have solid and unique plots. What's not to love? And yes, I have obsessions with anime characters. Problem, officer?

some people just like it... i dont see what the big deal is.

The story continues on,unlike American cartoons.
and theres not just one genre of animes.

anime is an awesome mixture of Japanese illustration and story plots, kinda like the American cartoons (except better, IMO). The characters are often so magical (not magical like full of fairy dust, but like "wow, these characters are so awesome! I'm HOOKED!" magical) and anime can portray the realm of the Japanese: their beautiful culture- not counting the perverted way of thinking many of their men have, like freely upskirting women in train stations- and how the Japanese see the rest of the world, even if their view of the world is kinda stereotypical :-/. Anyway, anime is awesome, if u know what to look for.

anime is awesome. How about we 'anime lovers' all decide to start hating on something u love, because it is the exact, same thing. Just get over it! If u don't like anime, then fine, but lots of people do.

Not all anime characters are crazy and blood thirsty, just some. It's like a genre of books, some have lots of gore some don't. Not to mention Japan isnt so strict about censorship, I personally admire them for it.

Who cares, if they want to love a character they can. It's just like loving a celebirty, the love is only one way. And celebrity lovers don't get judged.


As of now u come off to me as close minded. u seem like u aren't open to the idea of different genres and different standards of censorship. u also seem closed minded about love, if it's a cartoon u love it's not normal. That's not how it is, love is love, it can't be controlled.

Maybe it is because people like diffrent things.

Well anime is not all for ppl some like the gory ones the horror and of nor power supernal and demons and stuff

of yuri (girl love)
and some just like the story line of them some animes dont have a story line and some are confusing so i cant blame u if u dont get any of animes LOL.

Actually... I remember there was once a time when I also hated anime just like you. I regret that time thoroughly. In the beginning, it seemed so totally crazy and stupid! The first anime I watched was Naruto and I struggled to get through the first couple of episodes. But then as I kept watching, I grew to like it a lot. So I decided to give meer anime a shot. I still didn't like them all... But then, with some meer time, I became fond of anime in general. Now, I love anime and can't believe how I was ever foolish enough not to! How much anime did u actually watch? Cause u might be like me. I highly recommend that u hold on and give anime a few chances. u may well become very glad u made the decision.

What I don't get, is how people can hate anime. anime is just a style of animation. There are thousands of shows, varying as much as all the other shows. And there are dubs in many differant languages, and subtitles.
