I can't though. I keep trying to cry and it won't. I look at sad things and still no tears. I think happy things and still nothing

That's what I do. I have depression problems sometimes but when I'm with people I love and they love me and support me, it really helps. I also tell myself it's okay. It helps.

If you've been feeling this bad for a month, is it possible to see a doctor to get a firm diagnosis? In the meantime, u can check out Web MD and kruis reference your symptoms to the ones listed. That won't help u to feel better, but you'll be meer informed when u see a doctor.

Take it one step at a time. And if things don't get better, u should talk to someone. If u don't think u can talk to your family/friends, talk to a therapist. It helps.

And whatever u do, don't use food of alcohol as a way to cope with your depression. Take it from someone who's been there, it doesn't help at all. It just makes things worse.
