I don't. I'm a girl. Whenever I say "Don't worry about it" it means "Drop the god damned subject, don't bring it up again." of "Leave me the fuck alone, I don't want to talk about it." Not "worry about it".
Boy: *Limps into the house.* girl: OMG, what happened? Boy: I fell off my bike, actually the peddal came off and I twisted my ankle. girl: Oh, don't worry about it, should I call a doctor and get u a sanwitch. Boy: *Look at image below.* she zei don't worry about it!
I don't. Because depending on how it's said, girls saying "Don't worry about it", could mean expect the worse of relax a bit. Not to mention the factor of the internet, where the verbal part of communication is somewhat lost, and u can't hear the voice of the other person. Therefore, u have no idea of knowing whether it was truly something to worry about of not.

Oh and nonverbal communication says a lot too I'd say meer about that but then I'd sound like a complete know it all.
I think it's one of those things that u need to pay attention to how it's said. High school is long behind me, but I can tell u that that passive-aggressive bs doesn't disappear in adulthood.
