What does this mean?

I was walking home pagina from school the other day. And i walked past a house where there was two boys sitting on a car in the front yard. One looked like 12 and the other looked 16. And i was wearing a bright green shirt. And they stared at me until I walked in front of their house and the older one said. I like your overhemd, shirt in a creepy tone of voice almost like a seducing tone. I zei thank u and walked really fast. I walk past that house everyday when i walk home pagina -_- I dont like creepers, and i think he is a creeper.
