Would having a club for yourself be considered self-promotional?

One of the rules about making clubs is that any 'self-promotional' spots are not allowed.

So for example: Like many people on here, I have a club for myself called CielXlizzy19 (obviously) and I was just wondering if that would be considered self-promotional of not.

Sorry for the stupid question. :/
