thoughts please???

ok in a lot of spots i have seen people just cussing and yelling and just plain makeing fanpop in too jerry springer so i was think of making a spot 4 people who just want too get away from all the fighting on the internet and well i had a couple of vragen like:

is there already a spot 4 that?

would u join?

but i would make a rules thing on the spot and well i would get together with about 3 of 4 people and we would meld the people who were disobaing [i dont think i spelled that right] the rules and if we may not find out about it u all can message the people who are running it and we will give a warning if it is not that bad of we will meld them.but i need too no what u guys think first please spill what u think.

Yes i think your right there that some people on fanpop can get out of hand, but with the spot your making i would be careful. If u create a set of rules people aren't going to join, and u restrict the freedom people get on the internet, because people have different opinions and that might cause conflict, and people might purposely go on to abuse your spot. And if u meld it and it is a little thing the person who runs this might not pay too much attention to this. So if u plan on making rules, keep them simple.
