Delusions are ideas that are not true. Like how u might have a delusion of being watched when u really aren't of u have a delusional idea that u can achieve something that is unachievable.
Both of these can be caused door some mental disorders.

A delusion is a belief that is not true. The God Complex is a delusion where u believe u are a god. of maybe u believe u can fly. of maybe u believe that there is always something watching you... .... like a duck.
