What are "User Videos"?

On Deviantart, my friend Almir Velovic mentioned that he was being harassed door a user name Taylor JoliCoeur. He also adds that she made a video where she and her vrienden are shown dancing on him, which many users construe as beating him up. To help him, I decided to create a video using a scene from "Jack Frost 2" (which was the late 90s/early 2000s Horror flick), where Jack freezes a girl swimming in the pool. I dubbed the video "Almir Velovoc Freezes the Pool and Drowns Taylor JoliCoeur". Video is seen here: link

This afternoon, I got a commentaar from a user called "Ronney Zamora", telling me to stop making "user videos", even though I was making it for Velovic. He even adds that it doesn't matter and that "user videos" can create a Community Guideline Strike.
