Well...no, not really. Because the point of asking vragen (unless rhetorical) would be so that antwoorden would be able to be received, even if the antwoorden would so happen to be offensive. Mostly because vragen can be offensive too, and the ones who answer them aren't able to remove the question.

No because people will abuse that quite simply.
