Is there any small / lowkey signs u give off that u are on a rough day?

If I'm out of bed at all, it's probably a rough day

Yea, I might explode over the smallest thing and would rather have some alone time to listen to muziek and think through my problems of things that are holding me down.

1. I eat more.

2. I drink Wine meer freely. u know, Wine is my Soda. The same could apply for Beer.

3) I am much meer Philosophical than usual.

4) I give meer attention to things in Life that might often be overlooked as trivialities but hold dear value. Being a bit regretful about that fact.

5) Nostalgia takes over me and I have the tendency to recall and mention various moments of my past.

6) I listen to muziek for many hours in a row.

7) I get out for a walk alone without notifying anyone of answering calls. The closer I find myself to Nature, the better.

8) I write down anything that comes to my mind at the moment.

9) I might be in a Risky Mood.

10) I speak less to others and much meer to myself !!!!
