It's the easiest way to do it. My sister says from the back is the way the "cool guys" do it but it's really hard to do. Besides, who cares how the hell someone takes off their shirt as long as they can change their clothes?

I actually take one arm out at a time, it's really weird and hard to explain. If not, I go from the bottom too.

I pull in my arms through the sleeves and slither down through the bottom.

Haha I didn't realize how weirdly I take off shirts until now but I put my right hand underneath my shirt and grab my left sleeve and take my left arm out, and then I wiggle it up and I take my head out while my right arm is still in it and my shirt is on my right arm now so I just put my arm down and drop the shirt.

Depends on the shirt but usually I pull out each arm from the sleeves, then lift it off from over my head. For tighter shirts I go from the bottom.
