In case Queen/Princess Serinity had to step down: which Sailor-Senshi would make the volgende best queen?

In my opinion it would be Sailor Pluto - she's mature and has already proved herself door being the guardian of time.

But maybe u have another opinion? Post Your picture and reason below :)
