Gautam Rode who essays the titel role in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s toon on ster Plus Saraswatichandra seems to be miffed with his female fans!! The reason is that he is tired of answering the same vraag thrown at him door every female fan of his, whether he is using lipstick on the show. Gautam Rode's adventurous sky diving experience!

Gautam Rode recently was one of the few lucky actors who got the opportunity to sky dive on televisie for his showSaraswatichandra. While sky diving was seen in the recent hit film Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, its never been seen in the telly land. We hear that the actor really enjoyed working with Barbara and Wolf, the same team that had trained Hrithik, Farhan and Abhay Deol.

Bhansali's big dream

Sanjay Leela Bhansali's debut TV toon Saraswatichandra is finally on air and the director-producer hopes that it completes 2,000 episodes.

An adaptation of Govardhanram Madhavaram Tripathi's novel, the toon went live Monday on ster Plus. Gautam Rode and Jennifer Winget are seen as the lead actors in it.

"I just have one wish that we make a good serial, actors do a good job and it runs for 2,000 episodes and may it become the biggest and most memorable serial," the 50-year-old zei here in an interview.
So far Ekta Kapoor's Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi has been the longest running serial on Indian televisie with 1,833 episodes. It went on air in 2000 and ran till 2008.
