It's unfortunate, but there's not much time left for Scrubs. How would you end it?

I was wondering how they are going to end it. Whether it be JD has to move away or the hospital closes or if everything is normal but it just ends without an actual ending.

I'd either have JD and Elliot end up together or have JD move away with Kim to start over while finally getting the hug from Dr. Cox. Something like that I don't know it's too hard!
