Foster is definately insane, he wants to control Effy - he thinks only he is good for her, and wants to "be with her" (episode 8). Pervert. Kind of ironic as the doctor in a mental hospital should be the one getting treatment. *spoiler* the final episode is good - Cook gets him back but we do not know what exactly happens, we are left hanging which is disappointing. Would have liked to see the fight, and the aftermath.
