Is it possible that Leia got her titel of " Princess" from both her biological mother and foster mother since they both were Queens.

Even if not, I think most people recognize the connection that Padme was a Queen and Leia is a Princess. We hear about Breha like once.

No. Padmé was an elected queen. After her reign ended, she went door the titel "Senator Amidala" It's just a coincidence that her mother was once a queen and that she was adopted door royalty. Just like Padmé 's mother was not a queen, Padmé 's daughter would not have been a princess.
