I remember visiting this website once...
It was called ster Wars Episode VII & VIII Spoiler Suggests A Surprising Return | Comicbook.com
Here's some stuff I remembered seeing:
Latino Review claims that a major, as-yet-unannounced character from the original
"Two independent sources have recently written to us to confirm something we had heard back when production first began," the story reads. "Even though
(as well as the following two sequels) will feature its share of new villains, the person pulling the strings, the real puppet master, the big bad of the trilogy is none other than Emperor Palpatine."
They add that Ian McDiarmid (who was Palpatine in the prequel films as well as
) will no longer portray the character, leading to speculation in the article as to whether the character will physically resemble the version we saw most recently. While Emperor Palpatine appeared to die at the end of
comics, in which his spirit possessed the body of one of his elite assassins and he returned as "Palpatine the Undying."
He would appear in two more stories before finally dying a final death.
may not mean much other than that the Emperor\'s survival is meant to be a surprise. In
\'s original release, the character was portrayed by Elaine Baker, the wife of makeup designer Rick Baker, with a voice provided by character actor Clive Revill. McDiarmid had not yet been cast at that point.

Hmmm. I don\'t know. I never read the books or comics, but I feel like they should just let this character rest and not bring him back. It sort of undermines his death in Episode VI. Seems a little cheesy and lazy in my opinion.
Remember the conversation between him and Anakin about bringing people back from the dead? Foreshadowing...
Not quite sure this would be considered foreshadowing, if he dies, he can\'t bring himself back from death. Also, there are a few other things to consider. For instance, he\'d have never escaped the Death Star before it went up in flames, regardless of whether or not he could bring himself back from death. No matter what role he plays in the new movies (if any at all), he will have to appear as the force itself, or as a manifestation using a host.
