Where Should u Incorporate? 

It should be noted that if you have an internet company (and you work on it) you need to qualify to do business in the state you live in. Often times, there's little or no benefit at that point to incorporate in a different state unless you plan to expand you operation to include workers in other states or feel like you might be subject to litigation where a different parent state would be more beneficial to you.

Great point. For most small businesses, I don't think it makes sense to incorporate in a different state. This is important to note because people often turn to the internet for advice, and there's tons of bad advice out there with shady sites about avoiding taxation by incorporating in Delaware or Nevada or other such nonsense.
