How to dance in heels?

i know a way-u put them off and dance...or u can just not wear heels to parties.it's just u can dance in them if u want,but u can get hurt,so,better flats, appartementen than heels...

I dance with heels all the time. But that's because I always wear them, so I have no problem dancing in them. But when I first started, my mother told me that the only thing that really helps is not to think about the heels. Concentrate on dancing and all the boys. Don't take them of, because my guess is that u look meer sexier with heels. Especially high ones.
