We absolutely love summer here at Fanpop! But one small bummer about the season is the fact that all of our fave TV shows aren’t airing any new episodes until September. Boo!

That’s why we’re always so excited to hear about new shows starting up in the summer months—and we’re especially excited about a new toon on MTV called The Hard Times of RJ Berger!

The toon totally captures those awkward high school years and what it feels like to just want to be popular. We love the show’s coming-of-age storylines and its main character RJ (played door Paul Iacono from Fame)! We even had the opportunity to visit the set a few months geleden and the cast was supernice and fun!
