In House of Slander/House of Hasty Mara finds out the truth of Vera but Vera just finds a way to lie.....

u mean that Vera is older than she looks and she took the elixir at one point? I don't really think so. I think she's just at Anubis house to zoek for priceless ancient artifacts for the Collector. She could be looking for the Mask and the Elixir like Victor, but only for, again, the Collector.
