Michael Crawford who had been the originator of the title role in the Andrew Lloyd Webber's musical titled The Phantom of the Opera, is coming together with the composer. This time they are joining hands with each other for a new stage production that is titled as The Wizard of Oz.
Crawford had given an interview to the BBC News channel that he was not at all hesitant regarding the episode when Webber approached him to play the role of the wizard in the aforementioned musical. These two had worked together for the very first time back in the year 1986 in Phantom.
