I'm confused-epsiode 2x22?

Well how did Katherine get into the Salvatore boarding House to give Damon the blood because Elena hadn't invited her in and it was made her property WHILE Katherine was still with Klaus!

There's probs a logical reason for this but I'm failing to see it!
