To be honest he might not even return to being Kaneki in this season unless they find a way to squish roughly 169 chapters into 12 episodes

they have skipped many scenes already as u can see in first few episodes

Even though I’ve noticed it they’ve barely scratched the story of Tokyo Ghoul:re, maybe they will end up showing him as Kaneki but there’s a stage in between (no spoilers) and that took up a bit of time. Maybe the finale will be it but I wouldn’t bet on it 100%.

Hehe yes the infamous chapter 125 – X, hehe, I doubt they’ll skip it but they’ll find a way to not make it as explicit, but who knows, they might not even make it in this season (12 episodes), maybe next season?

I mean truth be told the story is currently up to chapter 13 (roughly if my memory serves me right) and there’s 169 chapters (still going) and they’ve skipped a few scenes but they’ve stayed true to it so far but I don’t think they’ll make it past chapter 80-90 in this season

So What happen to haise when he met touka at the coffee shop?In the episode 2 of this season it ended where haise is crying and touka is smiling and haise said “How could anyone be as pretty as her” but what happens next I thought it would be answer here.

In the Manga, Literally nothing xD It just cuts to a different scene like the Anime did

from what I recall kaneki/haise also hosts a party at his house where every CCG investigator comes and parties

The Christmas party is a VERY important part of the plot (for reasons you would know from the manga), and it happens right after the auction, so it probably won’t be skipped and will happen in 1 or 2 episodes.

IKR manga fans would be extremely pissed if they did that
