Twilight Series Vraag

Why are mothers upset with sex scene in Breaking Dawn part 1?

There are other parts of the movie that they should focus on,I am confused,It is not to insult anyone.I really have no idea what the problem is.

It is responisble and it is what married people do. The movie is Pg and the book is alot worse. It isnot that bad, what are mothers expecting when they bring their children to moviesthat are for teenagers. So please explain to me what the big deal is, it is clean and explainable. Mothers who seem to understand can reply .

No idea. It's not like the scene was sprung on them. There was enough hinting of what would be shown in the previews, the book and not to mention the rating itself.

Unless they were pretending that they were only watching the films because their children liked Twilight and because of the sex scene they couldn't take them to watch the movie and so missed out on watching it?...

tha is right most parents dont like twilight at all and they just say something that is in apropret part in the movie

Yah, but most RESPONSIBLE parents will check out the rating of the movie as well as find out about the story before allowing their children to go off and watch a movie. The IRRESPONSIBLE ones let their children watch whatever they want and then complain when their children watch something inapropriate. The ratings are there for a reason.

i guess its because they think their "teenage" sons/daughters are still not mature enough for it... that is exactly why i saw it with my vrienden and not my parents

because sex is dirty and bad. lol..jk. I'm not sure. 'cause if they have little kids that don't know about sex, it's their responsibility to make sure they don't see it. otherwise, the jigg is up; we all know about "the dirty".

They had to cut loads of the sex scene out because of this. My Mum zei that the age level should have been higher than a 12a but I don't care.

They think their children are too young to see any sex scene, and the other films were less mature so they might not understand why this one needs a sex scene.

Also, in a way, the scenes can be interpreted as glorifying abusive relationships. Edward does destroy the pillows and bedframe, and he bruises Bella, but she brushes that all aside. That could give a bad example.
