Twilight Series Article: Are we losing our edge?

So Like now EVERYONE in my school is reading twilight when I read it like before they even started to film the movie. So what what's my point? Well, my point is that before before Breaking Dawn came out, when some was reading the boeken it was like u would talk to them and u would talk like you've been vrienden forever when you've just meet the person. Now I see someone reading twilight and I eathier get tried of seeing them of get sick. Ok maybe not get sick but still u can't talk to the person like u used to talk to them, all enthusiastic and excited! And for me most of the time the real exciting stuff is in the movie and the people who read the boeken nowa days don't know alot stuff about the movie. I believe that the people on the fansites are the REAL CRAZY fans, because if u ask anybody else what Spunk Randsom means, they wouldn't know. Anyway i just feel like it's so not exciting anymore....

thevampiregirl im abit bummed out by loads of people knowing... i kinda liked it being MY thing... that i was obcessed over an stuff... and now every1 is! lol... oh well.... iv grown a new obcession for true blood (which is frikin awsome =]) before that it was moonlight... you gotta love them vampires XD

vianessvondrak i kind of understand you!!! when i started reading the books it was really weird to find someone that read them too!! and when i do found someone i just started talking and it was really nice!! but now... everybody ... everybody reads them!!! and the magic of finding a twilighter is over!! and maybe i´m kind of seek but i hate thet i hear them talking and they say a lot of stupidities!!!! once i was talking whith a girl that ""loves twilight"" and she have already read the first 3 books... and suddenly she asked me... who is tyler???? i mean who is tyler???? ahhh!!! i just hated it!!!! she calls herself a twilight fan... and she didnt knew who was tyler!!! and the same with the example of spunk!!!! anyway... i know im a little crazy!!! :) i also love true blood!!! well i have only watched one chapter... in my country it is not on tv... but i downloaded it from blogs... and its great!!!

katlynncore i still get excited talking to people who know about twilight. at my school, i've met a lot of people who haven't even HEARD of the books (i'm in shock every time hahaha). i'm in college and i'm assuming that you're in high school (sorry if i'm wrong! :D) which might make a difference about the amount of people who know about the series. i just hope that it stays that way for me because i can see how that would suck having everyone knowing and everyone obsessed. and i'm one of those crazy fans who asks everyone she first meets if they know about twilight. on the bright side, maybe if more people get interested in twilight, they might want more of it. this might help convince steph meyer to finish midnight sun! i'm just trying to look at the bright side of having tons of people reading twilight. *crosses fingers* :)

MoonDevious I would love to see True Blood... i havent known about the books for more than a few months, but i've read them all a multitude of times. I'm crazy about them... i've always been a vampire lover, and now there are good ones?! WOW! lol. I'm also begging Stephenie Meyer to finish Midnight Sun... i'll go nuts if i dont see Edwards ending to the book. :(

Since the Twilight movie came out, There has been a fued between Jacob and Edward. "Jacob's better! "Edward's better! Is all I hear all dag door furious teenagers. Well, take a look at this, a fight between me and my BFF.
"JACOB'S BETTER THAN A PASTY, PALE VAMPIRE!!" "eDWARD DOESN'T HOWL!" It was just terrible. It ended very ugly with her ripping Jacob posters off my uithangbord and me ripping her Edward shirt. After she left, I realized that they're just two people, just like everyone else. We should respect other people's likes and dislikes and we can have friends. I've seen so many friendships get ripped apart because of this. So here's a valuable lesson, "Respect Others Likes and Dislikes And Everyone Wll Be Friends" So the volgende time u see two people fighting over Twilight, tell them this important lesson, and friendships will stop getting teared apart.
