They both may in fact be better as games but as far as the anime goes Yu-Gi-Oh! Is definitely better, though I prefer Pokemon. The anime just gets too repetitive in Pokemon, but the games are better then the Yu-Gi-Oh! games, I think. Yu-Gi-Oh! Is also the much better card game.
