What if Kate & Garth got married?

This has been making me think about making one of these what if questions, but I just thought what if Kate & Garth got married, what would change the characters like Lilly didn’t get Garth at all

Humphrey would have went through with running away and well, it would be one of those unhappy arranged marriage scenarios. On the plus side, Kate and Humphrey never would have had those annoying pups so maybe not a bad thing? Lol
