I know I'm, like, 8 years too late to kom bij the fandom, but dang it, my interest in this franchise has returned and I'm gonna talk about it. Let's start at the beginning, which is a pretty good place to start, in my opinion.

I was about 12 when the original movie came out, and, as someone who craved stories about animals, I ate it up.
