Characters: garth, hutch, kate, humphrey, luke, mary

(humphrey garth and hutch go to see Mary to talk about the the gathering)

(luke and mary come out of their den)

Luke: hutch how nice to see you

Hutch: nice to see you, and mary nice to see you

Mary; hi hutch who are these two wolves with u

Humphrey: Hi im humphrey nice to meet you

Mary: Nice to see new faces, so why are u wolves here?

Garth: we recently went on a hunt for the pack when we meet a pack from Angel hill, the leader Angel invited us to an event called the gathering

Mary: oh how nice of u to meet her, how as she

Humphrey: good u know nice as well

Mary: good good, so anyway about the Gathering very fun will i was with the pack we always got human food from a local store

Humphrey: Cupcakes!?!?!

Hutch: what he meant to say was what do u think should we go of stay away

MAry: oh yes u should go we will meet a lot of foreign packs and we will have a great time, that is also how i met Luke during the howling event

(Luke blushes)

Hutch: ok thank u mary

Mary: anytime anytime

(as they leave they start talking about the gathering and the benefits)

Hutch; this actually could be very beneficial for the pack

Garth; ya me and Lilly will have a great time

Humphrey: lets not forget the lone wolf hutch could find his mate as well

hutch: well umm.. i dont know... uhh.. maybe

Humphrey: well who will announce it

Garth: I will on the dag of the gathering

Hutch; ok we will see u guys later

(humphrey goes back to the hol, den to meet Kate who is now 2 months with her pups eve is also at the den)

humphrey: kate im home!

Kate; humphrey hurry the pups are coming

Eve: ok this will be quick honey okay

(humphrey comes to hold kate's paw during her labor)

( after 1hr of letting the babies get nourished Kate gets meer energy to talk to Humphrey)

Kate; humphrey they are so beautiful

Kate: what should we call them.

Humphrey: (looks at the all black boy pup) can we call this one Jet

Kate; thats a beatiful name what about the girl

Humphrey; u name her she is your girl *wink*

Kate:(looks at the full white girl pup) she looks like Lilly and has green eyes, how about....... Michelle

Humphrey: Sounds beautiful Kate sounds beautiful

Kate:so are u gonna go to the gathering?

Humphrey: I have to, as co-leader i must but ill always have the thought of u my mind.

Kate: i ll take care of ure kids

Humphrey: hear that little guys u ll have a beatiful mom to take care of u (looking at jet and michelle)

( michelle and jet return a blank look)

Humphrey: kate lets get some rest the volgende week will be getting ready to go to the gathering

As the pups fall asleep Kate and humphrey fell asleep as well and think about the pups and the gathering. Kate has a bad feeling though...........

What if - Kate marries Garth instead of Humphrey?

ai is EXTREME CONTROVERSIAL but I did got curious on found one of the ai sites and so I tried it out and this is what the ai literally said:

- The wolf pack's dynamics would have changed, as the alpha pair would be Garth and Kate, leading with their own style and rules.
- Humphrey would have felt heartbroken and rejected, and probably would have moved away from the pack of tried to find another mate.
- It is likely that Garth and Kate's progeny would have a different set of characteristics and personalities compared to Humphrey's offspring.
- The plot of the subsequent films in the franchise would have undergone significant changes, as the focus would shift from Humphrey's adventures and romantic endeavors to Garth and Kate's challenges as leaders.

The Making of my Stories: References in A Hero's Past

A Hero’s Past is where the callbacks and references really started coming. I figured I kinda had to reference the first movie a bit since this was a prequel story.

Right off the bat, the story starts out with the ending paragraph from Legend and that’s because this is the beginning of the entire Alpha and Omega story. I zei at the end of Legend that the story told around the logboard always began with those words, so I decided to include them in quotations at the very start of the very first story.

I guess, in a way, Viggo did break Humphrey’s piece during the final battle. But instead of killing him, he broke his spirit instead when he killed Runt. Humphrey’s grief over Runt was going to be the cause of something big going vooruit, voorwaarts so I wanted to take a lot of time to fully flesh out just how badly Runt’s death affected him. Plus, it made Kate’s uplifting monologue even meer meaningful.

Speaking of which, Kate’s monologue in chapter twenty-four wasn’t too hard to come up with. I really just thought about what Humphrey meant to her and the impact he had on her life. Kate’s...

I decided to have a little misdirect door having Humphrey saying some worrying final-sounding words to make it seem like he was gonna die again, when in actuality, it was Runt who was going to die. And I decided to rub it in a little door having Runt be the one who says they’re all going to make it out alright.

The very first thing that I knew would happen when I first started thinking up ideas for The Final War was that I was going to bring as many characters back as I could and get everyone together to fight Viggo. This was the grand finale and although cliché, I knew it was going to be awesome.
