Alpha and Omega: A Hero's Past tafel, tabel of Contents

This is the tafel, tabel of contents and brief chapter beschrijving for my new and upcoming Alpha and Omega fan fiction, Alpha and Omega: A Hero's Past. It takes place around 20 years before the first movie and focuses on the traumatic puphood of Humphrey, Kenya, Adam, and Garth. This is to give a meer detailed version of what we learned in my other two stories, A&O 9: Missing Parents and A&O 10: The Legend of the Peaceful Warrior. It will be released in full on the 10-year anniversary of the original movie.
(I still plan to write the actual legend that is told door the wolves around the logboard. If u don't know what I'm talking about, u should go and read the other two fan fictions mentioned above).

Chapter 1: Birth of a Hero
Humphrey is born. (Don't worry. It's not graphic. It's just a short chapter introducing Humphrey's parents, grandparents, and Adam and ends with Humphrey being named).

Chapter 2: Meeting of Friends
Tony takes a young Garth to meet his friend, Winston from the neighboring pack.

Chapter 3: Like Father, Like Son
Humphrey's father teaches him to logboard for the very first time and teaches him a few tricks, but something goes wrong.

Chapter 4: Stampede of Fate
Tony and his wife, Mary, leave Garth with Winston and Eve for a couple days to go on a hunting trip. But something goes terribly wrong.

Chapter 5: Learning to Howl
Humphrey's mother teaches him to howl.

Chapter 6: Shattered Family
A family walk with Humphrey, his sister, Kenya, and their parents ends in tragedy.

Chapter 7: Scattered
Humphrey and Kenya are separated after being taken from their parents.

Chapter 8: Tony's Return
Meanwhile, Tony returns to Garth and tells him the terrible truth about the hunt.

Chapter 9: Decimated
Humphrey's pack is under attack door humans.

Chapter 10: A Turn for the Worst
Terrible things happen to Adam and Kenya.

Chapter 11: The Youngest Alpha
Adam has to step into his role as pack leader, but at such a young age, some wolves begin to doubt him, so much so, that it starts to become dangerous for him.

Chapter 12: The Lone wolf
Humphrey has to fend for himself when he finds himself alone in the woods.

Chapter 13: Hope is Kindled
Things begin to get better for Adam and Kenya.

Chapter 14: The Storm
Humphrey gets caught out in a bad storm, and is injured during it.

Chapter 15: New Pack
Humphrey is accepted into another pack.

Chapter 16: Forgotten
Humphrey lives in his new pack for a little over a year, during which he forgets his real family.

Chapter 17: Exiled
Humphrey is banished from his new pack and once again, is forced to live on his own.

Chapter 18: The Western Pack
Humphrey is found door two wolves in the Western Pack.

Chapter 19: Love at First Sight
Humphrey meets Kate for the very first time.

Chapter 20: wolf Fight
Many years later, while Humphrey is living peacefully in the Western Pack, Adam has grown into a strong leader, so strong, that a lone wolf from deep in the forest, considers him a threat, and attacks.

Chapter 21: The Fun-loving Omega
Humphrey lives a new life in the Western Pack. He and Kate are great friends, but seeing as how she is getting older, and will be going to Alpha School in 3 years, she decides to help Humphrey make some new friends.

Epilogue
Wraps everything up and ties into A&O 1.

KnudsonBlitz 20 years in dog years? Or normal years? Because I think you said on your other stories it was 20 years after the first movie. That would mean he's 40.

PurpleDragon02 Normal years. Humphrey was 4 when he was taken from his family and was around 23 in the first movie. I figure there's about 5 years between the first and second movies, so Humphrey would be 28. The seventh movie is a year after the second so Humphrey is 29 in that one. And then he turns 30 the day he died. I count in normal year because 1) getting into dog years would be too technical and confusing and I just want to make this a fun story and 2) they never clarify if it's being measured in dog or human years in the movies.

PurpleDragon02 Since A Hero's Past is a prequel, I guess technically they'd be around -21 give or take a few years. I think I've figured out the whole aging thing as far as human years or dog years. In the original, they grow according to the standards of dog years because at the very start of the film, Kate, Humphrey, and everyone else are basically pups, but then Kate goes off to alpha school and returns in the spring, a time gap of only a few months, but during that time, Kate and Humphrey went from being pups (pretty much) to young adults. I have a dog and the exact same thing happened with her. But in the sequels, they grow according to human years because Runt is kidnapped during the winter in the second movie. When he sees King again in the seventh movie he says that King kidnapped him "last winter", implying that a full year has passed, yet they haven't grown like a wolf normally would. So, to make things simpler and to avoid having to do a bunch of complicated math so that it all makes sense, ai count by human years. More or less, when it says six years passed, that means that six years to the humans and six years to wolves are the same thing. It helps make things simpler so you don't have to do a lot of thinking and you can just relax and enjoy the story. Plus, if I went by dog years, The Final War wouldn't make any sense. And no, there's no time travel involved; my goal with these stories is to finish the franchise the way it should've been finished, so I'm making it as realistic as possible. I just can't say why it wouldn't make sense if I went by dog years because I'd be spoiling one of (if not) the biggest plot point/twist in the story.

What's so hard About It? - Advice and Hope

There are two keys for life.
1. Needing to survive
2. Having a meaning
I mean, once someone is born and survives, I feel that they may need to have their own lives worth it.

People grew up differently in this terrifying life, but tried to make it enjoyable door being themselves.
Everyone deserves this.

So for this club, it's a place where yet, different people than another difference can enjoy the characters, share some interests, and talk.

And it wouldn't be fair to shut it down just because some trolls want it down.
Remember, this world is terrible. We will have people wanting others to have no purpose...

My POV

Jackson and I kept running all the way to the central field. On the way there, I couldn't stop thinking about mating season.

Is Kate going to be able to control herself? I don't want her to do what she did to me last time. Maybe I should trust her and see what goes from there.I thought to myself.

Me and Jackson went through some bushes and on the other side were Leon and Candu in the distance. Well, actually, it wasn't that far away. We walked over to them and they gave us a glare. Candu glared at Jackson while Leon glared at me.

It was early morning in the western part of Montana. For once, today was a very good dag because the breeze was perfect as well as the temperature. I was asleep with a smile on my face. This was because the breeze felt nice across my fur. I started to stir until I finally opened my eyes blinking to clear my vision. I looked and saw that no one was around. (Where is everybody?) Chapter 14: Effects of Humphrey's Anger

It was a damp morning in North Dakota as it had rained last night. There were puddles of rain everywhere to be found. The rain had made it very cold this night. I was awoken from a very cold breeze that passed over my face. It sent shivers up my spine waking me. I opened my eyes to see that Kate was lying volgende to me. The sun was out with not many clouds in the sky, making it a nice dag with a tad breeze. A leaf had fallen down from a boom and was going with the breeze. It floated into Lilly and Humphrey's hol, den and landed on my nose. I stirred awake, blinking to clear my vision. I then stretched and found that I was the only one awake. It was morning from what I could see, so I decided to look for a stream to drink from and maybe even take a bath. I walked out of the hol, den and started to explore the area to find a stream of something to wash up. I came across a river finally after 20 minuten of walking....
