Results for the 13th Korean Music Awards are out, and

BIGBANG has won a whooping number of three awards, E-Sens and Hyukoh following with two each.

Songs released from December 1, 2014 to November 30, 2015 were evaluated for the awards. Professor Kim Chang Nam was the head of the awards committee, which was made up of 69 critics, music journalists, music program producers, and civil society representatives.

Best Modern Rock Album – The Koxx’s “The New Normal”

Best Rap & Hip Hop Album – E-Sens’ “The Anecdote”

Best Folk Song – Kwon Tree‘s “2014 April”

Best Jazz & Crossover Performance – Cho Eung Min‘s “Oriental Fairytale”

Best Jazz & Crossover Jazz Album – Lee Bu Young‘s “Little Star”

Best Jazz & Crossover Crossover Album – The NEQ‘s “Passing of Illusion”

Best Dance & Electronic Song –Flashing Flood Darlings‘ “Star”

Best Dance & Electronic Album – Trampoline‘s MARGINAL

Committee’s Choice Special Award – Park Jae Chun

Best R&B Song – Dean‘s “Pour Up” (featuring Zico)

Best R&B Album – Samuel Seo‘s “FRAMEWORKS”

Best Rock Song – Lowdown 30‘s “Hotter”

Best Rock Album – The Monotones‘ “Into the Night”

Male Musician of the Year Netizen Vote  – Park Jin Young

Female Musician of the Year Netizen Vote  – IU
