How do u start a Book of Shadows?

I'm kind of new to all this as well but from what I've read, BOS and Grimoire are basically the same thing. u but incantation, spells, chants, prayers, and anything else u feel might be relevant in them. Some people like to write in the Rede on the first page, of keep a journal in the back. Here's a link that I think would help you, it's got a lot of great ideas. Just do what feels right to u :)
