i don't think we should put quotes from the books cause some of us didn't read the books and don't even know what you talking about. that's why i chose this one it's romantic and it's from the show.

It's perfect and romantic!! It shows that they belong together. That's what the quotes are about, Damon and Elena. (that's my opinion of course)

I dont think it should be about who did read the books and who didnt. It's the thought of it being a Damon/Elena quote, and when you read it, you know it is Elena's thought about Damon. And it's a beautiful thought she has there.

It's just so beautiful and holds everyone in awe. The power of this quote touches the real aspects of love and it says so much about how Elena feels about Damon.
