I think Jasmine and Mulan are definitely more intelligent than Belle.

Pocahantas is wiser, mulan and jasmine are the cunning ones, but cinderella's smarts match belle'
imo she is smarter then belle still, though

I think almost all of them are smarter then Belle IMO. But Mulan, Jasmine and Rapunzel are smartest.

Excuse me but didn't Mulan cheat because she could remember some lines? My guess is Jasmine because she looks like she's had a private tutor since birth because she's the most spoiled. And I could see her complain to her father how it isn't fair that she's a women and can't get a education.

iHyrule Intelligent People often have trouble with formal education...Mulan is the one who wins the game for someone in passing and has unusual solutions for more or less everything.
And Jasmine is the one who is too stupid to figure out the concept of paying, and who totally overlooks what Jafar is up to in the palace, even though he hypnotizes her father practically in front of her eyes. She's sneaky, but I don't get the impression that she is particularly educated.

And Mulan.

Rapunzel: She was smart enough to find out she was the lost princess.

Mulan: As she said, she has her way of making plans according to the situation.

And I think Tiana and Jasmine are somehow smarter than Belle. Rapunzel is kind of same level.
