I guess although I think she has much stronger connection to her mother

I'm not really sure, she seems to have a personality completely different from the personalities of her parents. But I guess she's more similar to her mother.

It's part of why Triton is most protective of Ariel because her personality and looks are alot like Athena. However her personality in the second movie is like Triton.

Can I say neither? Like, really none. Not her mother, at all. Her mother is like Cinderella, to me. A little more like Triton, with the temper and the headstrong attitude. But neither.

I haven't seen the 3rd one, so I don't know her mother all too well. She really reminded me of her daddy in the second one though.

I agree with princessullaby and BelleAnastasia-- neither really.

I feel like that is why they seem to clash as often as they do. They are very similar personalities, only Triton is older and more mature so it doesn't show as readily.
