I feel physically sick thinking of him. He killed Quasi's mother and then tried to DROWN BABY QUASI. Then he taught poor Quasi that he was an ugly, deformed monster that everyone will hate and locked him away from the world. Quasi was BEING TORTURED and Frollo did NOTHING. NOTHING. Then he full on scared the life out of Quasi for helping Esmeralda. Then chained him up. And then tried to kill him. I just hate him. So much. 'Cause Quasi was the sweetest thing. And Frollo is EVIL. The End.

He my favourite disney character because Pongo the father and Perdita is a mother those dalmatians dog they have spoty one they all both met up in the park. I liked it that Pongo being growling that evil woman Cruella De Vil.
