How do I change my avatar?

I want my own picture instead of the green head thingy. Can someone help me? I'm new.

First u go to your foto's on your profile. Then u look for uploaden new foto and then u click it then u have the option of selecting any foto u have from your harddrives. The rest is self-explanatory.
