How do u become a "Die-Hard Fan" of a fanclub?

I've seen that some people are marked as "Die-Hard Fans" of some clubs. How do u become that?

Dedicated is the top, boven and die-hard is the bottom. If I wasn't mistaken :/

In other words, dedicated is the best and well... Lets say die-hard is the wrost in other words, the bottom.
