Does this happen to anybody else on Fanpop?!

It used to happen to me and many other people some time ago. It's not happening anymore, though - to me, at least. I've scanned my computer for viruses through and through after it, and found nothing.
My guess is there are viruses in some of the ads on fanpop. That's why your browser is alerting you. I'd just ignore this warning, but be careful to not click on any ads.

Sometimes, but not often. I always just ignore it and keep going on Fanpop, though now it's really starting to scare me. What if it's right and we're all getting hacked? o3o

Yea, I always just ignore it. I don't think it's anything to worry about, though: there hasn't a reported attack for nine weeks. (Or maybe it was nine months, I can't remember.)

I have that every now and then as well, in the for of a toolbar that appears now and then.

I THINK what lucy32 zei is correct. As long as u don't accidentally click on any of the ads on the site, u should be fine.

It happened to me about a week ago.

yeah,mine was about identity theft. it lets me go on now,but fanpop makes my computer a little slower :/

Yeah, it was because of some virus attack on the 23rd of December, I think. At least that's what my computer says. It'll stop soon hopefully.

yeah but not tht exact message. also, i just push the button tht says "continue at your own risk" and i haven't had anything happen....

That did happen to me about two weeks geleden while it's not exactly happening to me now but it seems like this site on my computer takes a little meer time to load than others especially the featured fans part on the bottom,also it takes along time for my pictures/icons to uploaden except during the early morning hours,and it's been happening on and off with me for days and then there are the"Oops Something went wrong" when I click my profiel at times..I hope this gets fixed soon.

Yes, it's still happening after 2 weeks. They zei they'd fixed the problem. Well, it seems they lied cause I can't do anything on here. I can't even uploaden any pictures. It's really annoying.

it's probably got something to do with this new fanpop DX it happens to me when I try to get to fanpop itself (like www.fanpop.com) through my emai notifications Dx I thought it was just me until my friend, Blondie, had trouble with it too D:
