hallo first of all welcome to fanpop. anyway the medal system has 3 medailles dedicated which is green, diehard yellow and fanatic red the way u get them is door contributing to that spot it does take quite a while and alot of contributions ratings do help but i'm pretty sure everything is counted so basically just contribute to a spot and eventually you'll get rewarded hope this helps if u have any meer vragen let me know of message me and i will be happy to help :)
