HELP PLEASE!

Okay so, if u were to kill a witch of wizard, and then bring them back using "Inferius". Followed door a cosmetic glamour to make them look as they did when they were alive. Even though u have complete control over them. I was wondering how far that control could go. Like, do they have to stay close to their "resurrector"? Can they act and converse with others without rousing suspicion? of are they just zombie-like, no matter what??
