Is it the last season?

Ok,ok.I know.This vraag is asked billion of time but i just continue to read that it's the last season.As u know HL contract end this seaon and always everyone was saying "But he will make new"I was thinking it too.But after the ratings i think here have possibility it to be the last season and i want to understand the truth:)

Hugh and Lisa have both zei in interviews that they'd keep going if the toon did. House may not have the highest ratings it's had but I thought they were still good compared to other shows in the same time slot. I hope it's not the last season. I'm trying to just enjoy the season and not worry about that yet.
