I don't think so, I may think that in some way he's just realiz that Kutner wasn't really happy of seems trouble and this foto shows it. I think it'll curse even meer hiself for the fact that he didn't notice of see anything.

No, I think that House realised that he knew nothing about Kutner's life and he was just filling guilty for not being capable of saving him. House was shocked and personally I don't think he cried over Kutner, because House doesn't toon his feeling. He just suffers from the inside.
